Bill needs exemptions

Any bill like this would have to be passed with exemptions for things like food, medical devices, clothing... 

 

Could you think of what else needs to be exempted?

Actually the tax doesn't include used items and so all the used jewelry on eBay goes tax free.

CE isn't a blanket all-things-politics-and-politics-adjacent quarantine folder. Like if someone legit wants a broad-based discussion on tax policy that isn't tied to an actual current event, it's fine and preferred here.
