I used to bartend I’ve seen enough that no one will convince me “alcohol is alcohol”.  I know people still doing it.  It’s always the same story when Tequila is involved. So idgaf what anyone says on the subject.

I know ethanol is the active ingredient, but you’re not convincing me that fermenting agave, or even sugar cane (rum) isn’t going to effect someone different than a grain fermentation.
