i usually get between 6-8 hours of sleep a day and i still manage to squeeze in a nap in between. be jealous B|

I am. I'm living on crackhead hours. I feel like shit like now, and I'm trying to tell myself to unpack, but I just feel like sleeping for the niiiight. zzzz

you would feel better with 8 hours. 

like you could tackle anything that comes your way! without even needing coffee!

Can't. My meds fucked my ability to sleep and I can't take any sleep aids because they'll react badly with my meds. @_@

usually if im worried i cant get back up in time i will set up and alarm but usually i wake up within the hour.

the only thing that would wake me up or force me up (other than finishing sleeping) is the pressure of being late for an obligation

aka getting up for work every morning

Let's take it down a notch with that no coffee talk. We don't want to be unreasonable now. Besides, a panicy heart is good for mental health. :P

i would need an alarm to wake me up. no amount of pressure will get me to wake up on time for something if i dont wake up naturally.

If I take a nap, it's got to be about 2 hours; if I wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle, I feel worse than if I hadn't slept at all. And this power nap 15 minute bullshit - I don't know how people do it.

I nap exclusively...might be about time for one....this is my usual nap time but I'm wired. Which means I might as well stay up until 2 or 3 just to stay within my functionality realm

Update: cat decided to make as much noise between 4am and 6am as possible because he wanted to eat and could not sleep until I figured out that there was zero dry food left out. Feel like garbage.
