That massive  $5 container of Xtra cause that shit lasts me like 8 months.

I wash clothes about 4 times a week. That's not counting towels and bed sheets. I go through a tub of pods each month. Around 100 pods.

I only do laundry twice a week and it's only for two people so I make it last. That being said, when I got my first apartment and lived alone, I bought a new thing of detergent the day before the move and that thing lasted so long I still had it when my lease was up and I went to my new place. I miss the low cost of being single lol

We have five people in the house...I think. Four sets of bed sheets. A shit load of towels and kitchen towels. Just a damn ton of laundry.

I am admittedly jealous of the fact that you can make laundry detergent last so long. You could do a YouTube video and show people how to cut corners and save, because nothing lasts in our house.

Tids Pods and Bounce Fabric Softner Sheets

My wife likes to throw dryer sheets in. I just use liquid softener. I have a Downy Ball I fill up, and toss it in, and don't have to wait for the rinse cycle.

My secret is that I'm a damn heathen.

I don't own anything too light so everything can run together. Any delicates or stuff like bras get stuffed into the lingerie bag. My sheets, pillowcases, throw blankets, towels, and cloths go together, too.  I also never use more than a cup of detergent per load.

Nothing special, really.

Never tried the liquid stuff before. Eh..I can always try something once,

even if it's a little more expensive.

I like it. Makes em smell better. But if you try it, get a Downy Ball so you can just toss it in at the start of the wash.

I can respect all of that.
