call it MAC ATTACK!

menu is only variations on Mac n cheese...

Menu:

Grandma Robinson’s : a secret family recipe

The Texas Slammer: brisket or pulled pork Mac n cheese

My Dirty Greek Secret: Greek style Mac (healthy option) feta cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and kalamata olives

Swine and Dine: super thick and creamy, loaded with bacon and pulled pork.

What is this?: sweet cinnamon and sugar cream cheese sauce, served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, drizzled with Carmel sauce 

I Can’t even: sweet vanilla cream sauce, with blueberries and almonds. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

SEASONAL MIX UPS:

The Ninja Turtle: marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni. Side of Texas toast

Mac o Lanturn: pumpkin Mac n cheese

Fuck you: vegan Mac n cheese

My sister has a friend that did this. It's a rough start but when you get rolling things can be really good. Use friends to contact local businesses so you can show up for their lunches once or twice a week. No more than twice though, I may be satisfied with the same quick lunch at work every day but most people want variety.

 

Edit: thinking about it, once a week or two is gonna be enough mac and cheese for most people. After that you'd need to base it on clientele.

We have several food trucks that come all year at my job. My favorite is fishin fellas. I wish they came every week..omg their seafood is incredibly good!
