I was reading that the new season wasn't what everyone wanted, but I love the dam show and characters. They actually try to have character growth and the story interests me.

So instead, so we'd both enjoy what we were watching, we'd watch Rick and Morty and Big Mouth

I know Eldy really liked Devilman Crybaby and loves rewatching that but I tend to hog netflix. >_> There is just a lot of shows he wants to wants and we actually have an eraseable whiteboard to list the shows we are interested in and also keep track of episodes we are on. Right now we are trying to burn through Naruto Shippuden because he hasn't seen it but the fillers are killing me. I've only seen rick and morty on t.v, haven't watched it in awhile nor have I've seen big mouth.

I will say there never really is any filler. It's about Seven knights from arthurian legend who were banished from the kingdom. A princess asks for their help to take down factions within the kingdom trying to start a holy war.

Between King, Ban and Diane I think they have the most interesting back stories and more personality than the other characters. 1

Thinking I liked Diane a bit but hated how she always threw herself at Meliodas. Then when King showed up and it was revealed he had a crush on Diane I just fell in love with that ship. I want them to succeed so bad too, I love how he cares immensely for her. And the episode that shows how they knew each other before was amazing. They're like my OTP. Plus I think I have a think for shy guys cause I've noticed lately that those are my favorite characters and love it when they get paired with a vibrant, more social character. 1

I actually hope he gets pretty far on the ship side though, I think it's so cute how he loves Merlin but she rarely shows any affection. lol

That was Nakaba's(the creator) argument on why it took so long, he said that the character was too powerful. Although in the manga, things are a little flipped at the moment.

I love Diane too. You learn a bit about her past in season 2

He totz is a classic trope, how far are you on the anime? They reveal a bit of information in season 2.

He's the only existing person from the demon realm to be in alignment with other races in the anime so it kinda screams ealry Devil May Cry to me in away... Bad Ass mysterious demon guy I guess. ~ 1

But I think why there aren't more demons switching sides is the heavy reprecussions the demon king gives out to those that defy him. They will talk about that more in season 3. 1
