Those hands free phone ear pieces that were big like a decade ago

You may be saying to yourself "well now wait, I still see them occasionally"

I'm here to inform you that my 60 year old uncle just discovered this piece of technology and is now rocking it everywhere he goes, it's definitely going to be in the grave soon

I still see them on old black dudes that refer to themselves as "cats"  xD

Do you ever have that awkward moment when you're walking by them where they start talking and you're all "I have no idea what you're talking about but I didn't take your (insert item)" and then they walk away and point to their ear?

because I literally had what I thought was a confusing two minute conversation with a random girl on campus once when in reality she was talking to her little ear piece.... or she was bat shit crazy, to this day I still don't know but she was rocking one

Interesting, that never occurred to me. My dad always used to wear one but hasn't in years... But then again he retired 10 years ago, so...

My brother's a business owner, and when he comes to visit, I never see him wear one either.

Probably because old people are starting to wear them and everyone just decided it was more convenient to just answer your phone

Actually.... I want to say, maybe 5 or so years ago, I would see commercials on TV about hearing aides designed to look like bluetooth ear pieces, marketed towards old people. Maybe that's what you're seeing. :o

Never. I try to avoid conversation with old men as much as possible. I would sooner pretend to be deaf.

What is this abomination?

I had a pair of those before I got a car with bluetooth in it. I only ever used them in the car or at the gym. They used to make me think about Ghost in the Shell .... sooner or later I'll have those robo-neck sockets. xD

I just use the ear buds that came with my phone

They weren't long enough to go from my pocket to my head so I cut a little hole in the marsupial pouch of my hoodie and run them up the inside of my hoodie through that
