Hi Im Hikari and I have Chronic Depression, Borderline Personality Disorder, Post-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder, and PTSD and it sucks and I hate it

Basically ive always been depressed, i had bad shit happen to me and got traumatized, and because I was born female I get an extra bad dose of hormones which makes me even more sad. all in all my genetics and life story = a bad time

I had an EXTREMELY difficult day. Got cussed out less than 2 hours in my shift. Im tried of being dragged thru the mid for shit i had nothing to do with and am trying to fix.

Bipolar I here. Heavily medicated!

I feel you on the difficult day life. I work in beauty retail so I get SHIT ON real hard. like WHY DONT YOU CARRY THIS BRAND LET ME VENT TO YOU ABOUT HOW ITS YOUR FAULT FOR 300 HOURS!!!

but good for you for being medicated. staying medicated while bipolar is no easy task so kudos to you

I have extreme OCD with "Call of the void" tendencies and PTSD and some other stuff I don't know about. unlike a lot others with mental health  I don't really mind it. I'm kind weird like that. I like things that everyone else hates

I feel the call of the void. My existential nihilism is strong. the only positive factor of one of my disorders is i can have high moods sometimes like be REALLY peppy or REALLY hyper and get all the things done,

but that only lasts for like 2 seconds

Bipolar and past history of OCD. Past history opiate/alcohol abuse (if that counts as a mental health problem).

Bipolar is by far the worst mental health problem (along with schizophrenia).

I hate how carefully you have to be not to get to stimulate...to always check your thinking and not get depressed..to always take your meds on time and not immediately spin into mania or depression.

I took my meds at 9 instead of 7. Passed out without even doing my hair and proceeded to have the scariest mind melting dreams telling me i needed a shot of antipsychotics to make them stop...just nightmare after nightmare and powerless to stop them. All because i took my meds 2 hours late. It was excruciating and horrifying as fuck.

So even with the 4 meds i take, i still suffer horribly. And itll be this way until the day i die. No cure!

There is a difference though between drug abuse and something like bipolar. Just sayin. They are different cups of tea.

You questioned if substance abuse was a mental health problem. I provided you confirmation. Substance abuse is classified  as a mental disorder in the DSM 5. Clearly substance abuse disorder and bi polar disorder are very different types of mental disorders.
