Friends might drown (Charleston may get up to 30 inches of rain)

I have to work wednesday and Thursday while my daughter spends all day home with my mom cuz i cant bring her back to work (management doesnt want everyone bringing their kids)

Cant get groceries for my diet until Thursday night and i doubt theyll be anything left (madison and mom have plenty of food i cant eat) and ill probably regain everything i lost this week

I hate sitting at home watching the news and playing around online. People are fucking awful and the world is dying

(I think reading all those incel posts was a very bad idea)

How are you gonna gain weight by not having your diet food until Thurs. I don't even know what diet food means. Just fast, or do some intermittent fasting - the same 16 straight hours every day no eating, then have your restricted caloric amt of whatever foods available to you during those 8, no sugary drinks or juices just water, do this every day as a lifestyle for a year you'll lose a lot of weight

I cant fast. Meds require 500 calories at least at nite or they dont work. Im anemic and im already get light headed and shit...i need to eat even if im just eating fruit meat and veggies

That works fine with exactly what I said though... Eat as many calories as you need to when you need to without too much, then fast for most of the day every day, no intermittent snacking, if you can stick to that schedule it helps you skip unnecessary meals and gives your body time to find and use all the extra food that's in you all the time and throw all the waste and shit away and better do its thing transforming your size

That's very bad advice.  Fasting is always a bad idea if you're trying to lose weight  You're supposed to eat more smaller meals of nuts, fruits, vegetables and lean meats / fish a day:  having smaller portions more frequently allows the body to process the food more efficiently and reduces hunger pains.  In fuggs' case, short term damage to her diet can potentially be achieved by keeping to small portions of the available food.  Never ever skip a meal; that's only for vagrants who can't afford to eat the proper meal.

This is truly bad and wrong advice. Never ever skip a meal? Fasting is good for you.

i filled up on gas, even though i didn't really need to. my tank is on the right side and not the left and the guy in front of me had his on the left. he waited for one pump forever so when i pulled around to get to the one on the right he started cursing me out. like dude there are 5 pumps here and i can't use the same one you're using so chill

uh....can i weigh in on this?

i dont eat three meals a day....and there are days i dont eat at all because im just not hungry....and ive lost a total of 77lbs so far....so....i think it really depends on the persons metabolism....

Well, yes, metabolism is a factor.  I'm not your doctor, so I can't say as to what is necessarily healthy for you, but it's probably worth noting that you aren't hungry, meaning your body isn't in starvation mode.

I got gas at the more expensive station to avoid all that. My temper is bad.

You still can. There's no reason you can't set aside say 12pm to 8pm as the range of time to eat all your meals for the day and not eat outside of those right hrs. It's good for you

i'm also going to throw my weight on this, still me is right. at the beginning of high school i was about 170. i decided to eat nothing but dinner and some light snacks for most of my junior year, at the start of which i think i was maybe in the high 150's. at the end of the school year, or towards the end, i was 109. then i stopped doing that
