I still think Dollar Tree holds the crown for that.

really? i've actually gone to Dollar Tree to get wrapping for presents it's not THAT bad. Dollar General seemed like the 49 cent store joke they had on the Simpsons that one time

I dunno....I haven't gone back in much since i went there to try to be frugal when I first moved.  Bought batteries, dishes, tupperware, and a bunch of other shit and it was all useless within a few weeks (the batteries died in what seem like minutes).  The dishes  held up for a while, but chipped easily......I still have the tupperware, but all the cutlery and shit fell apart, and the laundry basket just buckled.

I do like their party/occasion balloons though.  Make people think you care for only a dollar.

I love those Christmas tree cakes, but I have to hide them from my dad or he'll eat a whole box in one sitting.
