fuggnificent Posted September 6, 2017 Share Posted September 6, 2017 so like.. when you have a kid... and its still in the tummy... you have no idea what its eye color or hair color is going to be - right? so do white people ever go "i hope he doesnt has the same color eyes as my dad - i hate my fookin dad" or "ah.. i hope he has your blue eyes".. or "i hope shes a red head like me!" or do you like - not even think about shit like this?? i will tell you a secret which is kind of sad... a lot of black people dont like their kids coming out too dark LOL.. i came out black because of reasons and my mom says it turned my grandma off. says grandma would have loved madison. personally, i was hoping against hope madison wouldnt be TOO light... and of course, she was white when she was a baby.... and in the deep south - well, it caused issues and i got into so many fights... The only exceptions I can think of are very rare genetic abnormalities. Such as albinism where the iris doesn't develop a pigment [red/pink eyes] or, what I got from my mom, aniridia which is no iris [black eyes]. This applies to hair color as well. Rodents have always been the dominant mammalian force on this planet so naturally their eye color is most represented. No, I knew but mixed up the colors since I didn't pay enough attention to recessive vs doninant. The reverse of what I said is more accurate.
