I guess you actually have to spend the funds instead of just trying to pocket them, so their idea was for us to come in an hour early each day so that we get five hours of overtime each week. ...That's weird, right?

I think just basically "useful or fancy things you want that you don't want to buy yourself" is a hard and fast rule. -
