You now remember Coca-Cola's idea for marketing OK Soda in the 90's was "Drink it or don't, whatever." Marketing Brain is real, is what I'm saying.

I've seen enough reviews at this point to tell this show is another "Hey, what if the people working on the reboot hated the source material they're rebooting?" episode.

The long answer is "He might try to protect this asset because he can use it to make money, as opposed to the other assets he has no use for." The shorter answer is *stares at Ezra Miller* ...they probably ain't cancelling Rick and Morty.
