it's too bad show announcements aren't made in advance anymore and it seems like it's down to the wire these days on "will they get something finalized in time or will they have to stall?"

how would you feel if Bleach TYBW did come in the near future but that was the only new addition with the schedule being(just my guess) 12:00 bleach TYBW 12:30 yashahime princess half demon 1:00 One Piece 1:30 One Piece 2:00 Naruto 2:30 Naruto 3:00 Primal S2 3:30 Promised Neverland

after that...i remember it seemed like Kay Jewelers ads were everywhere on toonami to the point i got sick of seeing them

WBD is in "Save Money" Mode they aren't wanting to save the advertisers money and are sticking to how much they charge them for ad-space...even if the advertisers refuse to pay and i suppose they went this direction because to them yes The Toonami Ad-Space may as well be worth nothing given the type of ads that usually fill each commercial break playing devil's advocate here for a moment....have you ever paid attention to the commercials that air during the toonami block? they can get rather weird and repetitive after awhile(i remember that time where it seemed like every ad break it was hot pockets shoved in our face)

no word about toonami at the panel so i guess it's Made in Abyss S2 or nothing in november(with or without the movie) Not too sure they'd air call of the night(I'd like them to but not sure how demarco and the rest of the team feel about it)

so i guess Bleach TYBW isn't coming to toonami(at least not anytime soon)because if it was then why not say it?

I have my doubts S6 will air on toonami but maybe if they can somehow bypass crunchyroll to acquire it....but that's a big maybe

are we possibly gonna see a repeat of last year where toonami was forced to stall until the very next year?

any thoughts on what Lupin's toonami replacement will be?(after this saturday there will be one more episode)

every time i see one piece coming up on toonami...I'm annoyed by two things the fact that every little thing is stretched out to last longer than it should so each episode feels like an endurance test one piece will outlast the block itself and that's something I'm still struggling to comprehend

any ideas what will replace lupin soon?

they gotta retire the fishman island bumpers for one piece but they still haven't.... if the bumpers are rarely going to change then the block's just gonna feel stale and boring without any tom/sara bits coming in more often

turned 33 today....didn't really do all that much but hey i got splatoon 3 earlier this month and so far Been enjoying it

recently subbed to the SJ Service and gotta say for $1.99 per month it's great

also here's some more toonami related answers from His Q&A - He's confident Sony/Funiroll won't partner with another cable network to compete with Toonami (and well, what network is willing to air anime anyway?) - He blames One Piece's cartoony artstyle for why it didn't catch on in the US the way Naruto (and to a lesser extent, Bleach) did - He hopes for more DC stuff on Toonami soon, but it's out of his hands. - DC Fandome night was supposed to be Batman Day in 2020 the first time. I guess it shifted because of FanDome and now thanks to it being gone Batman Day is a thing? - Housing Complex C will only be one season - All of Toonami's originals for 2023 are announced. '24 and '25, not yet - Scavengers was meant to be a full Toonami original series, but a US-based show is in development - Even if Sony can't license them anything, he still has a good non-work relationship with the people there - They still aren't being paid to work on Toonami. Those Shark Week and Craig of the Creek bits reflect their honest opinion.

this schedule confuses me because while most of us expected something to be doubled up...we didn't expect the made in abyss rerun to be doubled up why are they in a hurry to wrap up that rerun now?

I've mainly been using it for classic nickelodeon content also watched that new owen wilson superhero movie last night

probably doubled up naruto... the better question is what will replace housing complex c? it's only taking up the lead spot for 4 weeks and then it's off

got a month free trial to the service earlier this month to watch the new beavis and butt-head content but i also watched sonic the hedgehog 2 and have been watching classic nickelodeon content on it not sure if I'll keep it but it's far better than peacock....

i still wonder why demarco thinks he can possibly make a deal for chainsaw man...that show likely won't be cheap to acquire
