Keeps shifting lately. It was 11pm to 4am for a long time, but I've been waking up almost hourly and going back to sleep. Recently, I've been lucky to make it to 10pm on workdays, and waking up between 3am & 4am.

Yeah, the weeping and gnashing of teeth gets to be a bit much rather quickly.
