I used to eat french fries with mayo like they do in Belgium. I had no foreknowledge that they did that. Ever since I was little, when my Mom would make pierogis, she'd take the excess dough and pan fry it as little nuggets. I love those things. Now she skips the pierogis & just makes those nuggets. Comfort food that's so basic & so good! A little salt & lately, chipotle sour cream on them.

As long as they brought in an Arborist to do it right & didn't just start hacking away.

No, you don't. It was atrocious. The best thing about it was the LPs all came in so badly warped the tonearms would hop across the vinyl. An embarrassment to everyone involved, it was surprising everyone's careers weren't totally destroyed.
