Why the NY skyline?

First, I'd want an audit of where all the taxes currently collected have been spent. One of the problems in IL is that there are multiple taxing entities with no oversight. State, County, City, Township, Water Reclamation, Mosquito Abatement, School District, etc...everybody wants their piece. Then you find out something like the head of Mosquito Abatement District has 3 family members on staff of 4 and is pulling down $400K/year doing nothing.

Unbelievable game tonight. Cubs beat StL, the Umps & the ESPN announce crew. Nearly the entire game ESPN (Matt & ARod) were kissing Wainwright's ass. The plate ump couldn't decide where the strike zone was for either team and the 3rd base ump blew both a force out and tag out ON THE SAME PLAY.

Since most soft drinks are refrigerated, I've always asked for either no ice or easy ice. I want more drink for the money, not more water. Not that I mind a warm Dr. Pepper anyway.
