My kmart did both sales and instore pickup. The instore pickup lady was the saddest person i ever met. Most kmart employees are pretty miserable tho. I can probably get them jobs at my other job but they really arent on that level. Its hard work and u have to learn a lot...most customer service people cant handle it and i doubt someone working nothing but retail jobs can hack it...but opportunity is opportunity This is of course if they let me go back. Doubt they won't.
