    Pokémon Go

I was never a big raider because it required being out and about, but then they added the pandemic remote raids and I could latch onto raids at the park from the comfort of my own home (until they raised the price of course)

I'm still in the honeymoon period where I feel like I'm massively benefitting from the reduced commute, but there's definitely cons around the lack of forced exercise.

I fall so far behind in opening/giving gifts I was recently given a parking permit to park in my office building's garage and that's killed my fifteen minute walk to/from my car. PoGo suffering immensely.
  8. how does this work, is everything collectively the 'submission' or is one piece on each side the submission?
  9. Honestly with all everything related to the ASMB's anniversary etc., I kinda had that thought that it would be cool to connect more with like-interested people from similar places, like Toonzone. So hopefully we can enrich your internet experience just as you enrich the conversation. Little by little we all come together.

  11. hello, welcome to our little corner of the internet!
  12. I bought so much DLC for 1 that I never actually played, now I'm like "do I just play CS1 or do CS2 when it comes out?"
  13. so I'm not too far into the actual game, did the lookout landing stuff and got the camera and the quests all branch out. So i started farting around, exploring the lower interior Hyrule Castle area because an NPC mentioned looking for something there and I wanted to see how it's different from botw. And that began a long meandering through a couple game sessions, counterclockwise from the castle down to the great plateau which was another place I wanted to compare (given it's the botw tutorial area). Having only seen a miniscule amount of the game, my absolute favorite thing so far is: Like 10/10 don't even need to play the rest of the game.
  14. hooray dads!
  15. oh man that was the other factor in whether to make an IB thread, it was a balancing act to try to organically reply to everyone who'd expect a reply without also having like several posts in a row
  16. I was a kind and benevolent elitist
  17. What I really liked to do in my fast-paced IB days was scroll to the bottom of the first page and reply to threads that had gotten no traction and try to jumpstart them before they got swept-under. Apparently I had a bit of a reputation for a bit for always getting the first reply in, but that was my secret to why it seemed like that.
  18. I wasn't much of a thread-starter, usually saved for special occasions. In my IB days, I was a heavy thread-replier. But then I evolved into a current events mega-thread replier.
  19. the babbs is sleeping over at my sister's and the gf is out of town so hell yes i'm sleeping in
