So I did a little bit of researching this morning, and it turns out there's good reason why I felt Gorilla Grodd was out-of-place in Batman's rogues gallery: he isn't even a Batman villain! He's a frickin' Flash villain! He was just thrown in there because he's the director's favorite DC villain overall.

Fun movie, well worth my first night staying up and watching Toonami since Princess Hibana's ass-disaster of a debut back in 2019.
