Which probably means a Q4 2024 airing on Netflix and a Q1-2 2025 Toonami airing.
It’s probably some sort of tourist trap, like how IRL the place where they filmed the chainsaw scene in Scarface is a Johnny Rockets with a plaque noting where they filmed. You know Rockstar would have fun with that if Vercetti is still canon.

Sony didn’t want to pay for half-assed Originals, so the Originals were all canceled, including Alexander’s failtacular Onyx Equinox.
It’s equal parts old money, people forced out of NYC by cost, and areas that run the gamut between isolated and middle class. I find a lot of the people driven from NYC tend to be more conservative.
