Depends on what the “outdoor” is. I’ve gotten into bike rides when it’s nice out, and I like hanging out by the beach and the pool, especially in the era of wi-fi and tablets. But rain and the like? I’ll pass.

As a stand-alone product, it is hilariously wretched. It is everything wrong with not only American animation during the 90s, but female action cartoons since forever. Ami in the wheelchair, making Makoto a black girl just to try and follow Power Rangers' model. But as a time capsule of the early 90s, it is hilariously brilliant. To think, when this was produced, American animation producers decried Japanese productions as low budget and poorly executed. The people who pitched this, TO THIS DAY, believe that this version of Moon would have been infinitely more successful than the original. So as a historical time capsule of the 90s, it's ironically brilliant. All that was missing was the inevitable replacing of Usagi's wand with a gigantic cannon straight out of a Rob Liefeld comic.
