so i made an italian inspired thing. pasta rigate with chicken, oven roasted tomatoes, tossed in a creamy garlic butter/truffle parmesian sauce, homemade garlic bread and salad. 1st time i've been in the kitchen in a minute.

i don't do cereal anymore, because of the milk. health and grossness.
