honestly what helped me was arnold swarzenegger: how to be useful, available on spotify. lol, i'm actually going to buy the book, because there was a lot of great information he gave out. it was a good listen. 10/10 and getting off every social media platform. except this. it's social, and it's media.....

cartoons that get overlooked, and are pretty good, (pbs) arthur - i like the rabbit. and the music is by a marley. nature cat - absolutely adorable and educational thomas the tank engine. all of them are cool in their own way. peg + cat - my all time favorite.
