funny you say that. i would ride a bike. but not these roads, and there is really no where close to 'ride' however, the state FINALLY started re~doing my road. they added 2ft to each side, making the shoulder wider, and not dirt. so i can see this happening. i have used the stationary at the gym, but...eh. i'd rather be outside, casually riding, not paying attention to how far i'm going

i did the water therapy at the v.a. a few months ago. it, sort of helped. but after i got done, and had the drive home, it wasn't worth it. i would just be in pain again. there's no closer facility/gym/pool close. so i would have to drive an hour. but yes. i swam through jr. high/high school. i know how very good swimming would be for me.

there aren't any magic pills. i just have to buckle up, and get to walking again. through the pain. but i do wish there was such thing as a magic lose weight pill. other than 'speed'

i gained like 10lbs this month. i'm not at all happy about it. but in my defense. my knee about gave out on me. and that shot up to my back. i have to figure something out, because as it stands now, i am so unhealthy. the last 3 days i have been dragging ass 'round here. also, periods these days are 10x more debilitating. and i KNOW i don't eat right. on the go constantly. *sigh* i wish there was a magic pill to drop 20lbs. i would be absolutely happy at that weight.
