i actually tried that with 'sit ups' and i do leg lifts while i'm sitting outside.
the problem is the arthritis is running rampant through my body. it's like, the v.a. gave me all this shit that was supposed to help,
but honestly, i feel worse~which is why i returned all the meds. 4 different pain meds that didn't do shit, except make my body ache more,
with that added bonus of 'rot gut'.
