Part of me does agree with this in that, yes, heâs not doing it to patrons. Still, it can lead to that. That SAME part of me also agrees with you in that Ghostdumbass can say something to make it stop. Heâs got a mouth, body, brain (somewhat), hands, and feet.
However, another part of me (the owner/managerial part) disagrees and thinks he SHOULD speak up. He works with this guy a lot of days. This is the kind of shit that leads to lawsuits and other shit, especially if not reported. The fact that he is making a MALE coworker uncomfortable tells me:
1. This is more than a âOoooweee! Look at the nice rack on herâ kind of talk. That implies more lasciviousness. What other horrible things are being said
2. This has been going on for some time, which means that this employee has gotten more and more toxic. Why didnât this stop before? Why didnât anyone speak up?
3. If he is saying things like this about women behind their back/out of earshot, what is he saying about other groups of people when they arenât looking? Do I really need that element/liability in my establishment? Is he worth the investment?
