Bison as a name for a character that looks like Mike Tyson and the lazy shuffles they made to avoid litigation would still not answer your question since i have no idea why you have an issue with the name. Balrog was the original name for Vega, and m. Bision was called vega....effectively making Balrog M. Bison.
