I always hated shit like that renting.. So the term landlord probably doesn't include me anyway.. all I know is whoever gets it might have to sign a you break it you buy it agreement because fuck deposits.. I know what I can do legally with property the bank is letting me borrow I think though. Going to have to do some more research before things are said and done for sure though.

Man I lost my innocence at an early ass age and was smart enough to keep my parents thinking I was innocent. So I don't think theres anything wrong with children knowing where babies come from. I'm not sure if I've ever had a girlfriend or female in general agree with me on that though.

How old is she anyway? still not old enough to know about the birds and the bees right? If I had kids and was single my self I do think they would have to learn that shit pretty quick.

Oh right. It might be worth it then. The people that were renting this before I bought it said mine was put in a month prior or something so the plumbing upgrade might be neccessary for the newer set up.

That's interesting. My water heater is pretty new, and the gas valves and pilot starter are pretty easy to light so it might be worth the money. If you are renting I don't see how you'd have to pay for that though..

You can...umm relight the pilot light and it will probably work again if that is the issue.
