I always hated shit like that renting.. So the term landlord probably doesn't include me anyway.. all I know is whoever gets it might have to sign a you break it you buy it agreement because fuck deposits.. Man I lost my innocence at an early ass age and was smart enough to keep my parents thinking I was innocent. So I don't think theres anything wrong with children knowing where babies come from. I'm not sure if I've ever had a girlfriend or female in general agree with me on that though.
