As someone that has watched seafood like this prepared even eggh .. Had to look it up, but to call lobster/crab connoiseur's bluffs.. from a biological stand point they have no "meat" unless you are trying to be incredibly archaic with the word meat.. That's all boiled down fibrous tissue..

They are pretty tight. Those claws have honestly just made me respect them from an early age.

I've tried to get with some asian octopus shit.. but ughh. If it comes from the sea, and isn't a fish.. not for me at this point I can honestly say.. re-edit some crab dishes are edible for me.. but still meh. nihongo crab rolls A ok.
