Nothing wrong with the hustle ....but if you're going to stay in custodial work, I definitely think you should use your experience to get you a position in a place where you can at least get medical and retirement. There's actually a guy here with knowledge in that area but since my relationship with him is about the same as ours, you may want to ask him yourself.
