I do feel guilty about not coming in to cover for somebody at work yesterday but really needed yesterday off and today I have a lot more energy today than I did yesterday.

A few days ago I found the colorized versions of the Max Fleischer Popeye cartoons. The colorized were the versions I grew up watching on Cartoon Network. I'll admit the animation on the black and white versions are 100% better than the colorized versions but I personally prefer the colorized version because of nostalgia.

My first day off in 10 days and what happens, they call me and ask me to come to work so I told them no because I already covered for someone a few days, I'm very tired and plus I don't feel good so they're on their own.

I think I'm going to skip out on Halloween movies and specials this year. It's not that I'm not in the spirit it's just that over the last 6 years the thing I've really enjoyed doing around this time is playing video games. So I get to work to today only to learn that one of our main guys had a meltdown and walked off the job. He an issue with the bottle in fact he just got out of rehab two months ago and the bullshit started again. I'm not happy about this because I hate seeing somebody I know going through it but I guess he doesn't want to get his shit together and he's just going to have to learn the hard way because I'll be damned if I stick my neck out for someone and it bites me in the ass.
