Found an abandoned dog (looks like a mix of a boxer and a pitbull) at the park this morning, and my conscience wouldn’t let me leave it. I’ve been calling around all day, trying to figure out what to do. She does seem to be getting along with my current dog pretty well (though he seems terrified). Ugh…. I REALLY can’t afford to keep her, but…..advice?

According to that chart, I’m a lifetime abstainer. Not by choice, though.

Weird how horrible things you’re going through can feel so much more real on some days than they do on others…*sigh*

Today is my mom’s first birthday since she passed away in October. As a result, I have not been in a good place mentally today. But that’s not my rant. My rant is this: My sister stopped by with all 3 of her kids today. That’s fine. I kinda enjoyed the company. The problem is that all 3 kids brought their scooters….but they didn’t take them all home. No, see, they decided to leave one strategically placed right at the bottom of my wheelchair ramp outside. I didn’t see it because I always go down the ramp backwards. I hit the scooter, flipped over backwards, and landed back-first on my driveway. Then, I had to get my sister back over here to pick my ass up. Fuck it. I’m going to bed early tonight. 😐

The Menu: 5/10 Mostly boring, but still mildly entertaining at parts. Major letdown. ATHF: Plantasm: also 5/10 I really wanted to love this like I did “ATHF:MFFT”. But it almost felt like a parody that was largely unfunny.
