I’ve never been a fan of guacamole, but I’ve probably just never had it the right way. I’m also not a big eater when it’s hot out. Also, I was wrong about having a cold. I think it was just a bad allergy day for me. Yes, I know that this thread is supposed to be about dinner, but it’s mine to derail, if I so choose. 🤪

I think I may have figured it out. I woke up this morning with a mysterious sore throat and headache. Might’ve been my body warning me that I was coming down with something. Anxiety is also something I’ve lived with most of my life, so there’s that too.

I was literally just about to shell out a few hundred bucks to fix an electrical problem I’ve been having, It’s been baffling me for days, and it was just a loose connection somewhere. I mean, I’m glad it was nothing serious and I saved quite a bit of money, but my ego did take a bit of a hit here.
