    The repairman I took my TV to for repairs told me it should be ready by Friday. I just called the store for an update, and he’s not even there. He won’t be back until Monday. This is a minor inconvenience.

    Why are “I’m broke, so I’m just gonna throw whatever slop together” meals so damn good most of the time?

    Canned beef stew with hot dogs and beans added, and some cornbread cakes. Same thing last night, since I apparently forgot to post here, but with rice instead of the dogs & beans.

    I ran my air conditioner for a little while this afternoon. Now, I’m running my heater. Makes total sense, doesn’t it?
