  1. Who shot Ashli Babbitt?
  2. Everyone knows the secret to advertising is to force your target audience to seek out your ads.
  3. Clinton body count +1
  4. A mighty fisherman indeed.... Despite giving him grief, I will say that he has done quite well in some regards, particularly the Blade Runner Black Lotus and Fena (not 100% sold on Fena yet but it has potential).
  5. Jojo was a Toonami staple and it was bought up, there is no reason to think the same might not happen with Bleach. After all Bleach is available to stream on Tubi and probably a few other sites/services. For Netflix to come along and try to get the continuation (for lack of a better term) given that the series is popular and has a built in audience makes sense. Viz is a smaller company when it comes to anime, if it comes to a bidding war between Demarco's and Netflix.... Toonami will always have a smaller budget, the audience and growth do not warrant a larger budget. It does well enough to exist, but it isn't growing. Anime might be growing in popularity (it is still niche despite Taco Bell's best efforts), but Toonami as a brand is not. [as] has Rick and Morty and that's about it. Toonami is a smaller slice of that already narrow market. It is worth noting that there was enough in the budget to work on three original series, which is certainly impressive, but I'm not sure that the years Toonami has been on have been spent building the kind of audience that will support expensive endeavors like that. I hope this answers your question Elfie.
  6. Yes, hence the term continuation. I am saying that the series stopped, then resumed production, and that this new continuation of the series will probably not air on Toonami. (Netflix) I apologize for lacking precision in my original remark.
  7. So, another continuation of a series with an established audience that will never be on Toonami. I just want to see Shunsui's bankai animated. I could care less about the series of rectum wrecks that are being passed off as plot.
  8. Does this mean they can afford a platform that doesn't constantly buffer?
  9. Why do they all have meth mouth?
  10. Elway couldn't stand that Peyton was hogging the spotlight. Since Peyton was winning SB though he couldn't do much. Look at Tebow, he was really popular, but didn't win SB. Elway sacked him, pure ego. Tebow was a starting QB, not Brady level, but a good starting QB to build around. Rodgers will be gone, true. Good riddance as far as I'm concerned, maybe he'll end up with Indy for a one year SB run like Rivers. Every year you have a team or two that get into the playoffs with a sub .500 record, and you have a couple really good teams that lose out due to conference record. You have wildcard slots to cover that, if you don't get in that way then play better in conference.
  11. I'm surprised they bother to go to the expense of doing this outside of California.
  12. SMH Expanded playoffs, what's next NFL, participation trophies? (Might be the only way the Jets will ever get one) Jags suck. Sorry Florida, but you got one good team, the other two are total blobfish squads. Cards will be an unholy terror. Also, Denver will never get Aaron Rodgers because Elway's ego will not permit a quality QB. Edit: oh, I guess I'll do the pick game if people want to play.
  13. A Taco Bell commercial has higher production values than anything Toonami has in the pipeline.
  14. Dude. Stop reading Buzzfeed/Huffington Post/whatever the fuck else is pretending to be "news" Put on sunscreen and deep woods off Go outside Touch grass Play fetch with the dog
  15. The Fabreeze lobby has a further reach than any expected?
  16. Not entirely sold on the 3D, but I have to say I do like the overall aesthetic. I am very interested in this series, I really hope it lives up to the potential.
  17. Hmmm. I'd be in favor of Brit Baker dressing as a pirate to promote whatever that show is.... <_<
  18. Incorrect Officer Sicknick died from natural causes according to the Medical Examiner's report. https://apnews.com/article/politics-government-and-politics-b497800805aedae48b72bc4837b90042 "But the determination of a natural cause of death means the medical examiner found that a medical condition alone caused his death — it was not brought on by an injury."
  19. Nah, it's lost footage where Maury reveals Jaken is the father....
  20. https://www.npr.org/2021/02/09/965472049/the-capitol-siege-the-arrested-and-their-stories It's kind of funny, when you look at the charging information an overwhelming majority of the charges are "Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority". Literally trespassing, and likely the same charges that the Representative will be charged with, if she is charged at all (want to take a bet her being charged). I'm sure she was released almost immediately and allowed to return to work/home without bail. It's been while since I've taken a Civics course, but I seem to recall something about "equality before the law" or some such notion. Yes, the ones charged with violent offenses should be held, or at least have some degree of bail required. The ones arrested for trespassing, probably not.
  21. 3. 2 were medical in nature; one was violent. Her name was Ashli Babbitt. Approximately 570 have been charged since. Not sure of the arrest total for Jan. 6th.
