Draft players refusing to play for the Browns is unlikely given the amount of cap space they have, but I suspect that if they draft a top tier QB and he gets his ass handed to him all the time, he will try to get traded and slapped with franchise, thus causing drama.

I would surmise that is because delete doesn't actually erase the posting, it just removes it from public view hence the unchanged count. I am almost certain that KN or Pat could retrieve any post made by anyone.
