This episode is almost as good as the best episodes of FMA:B. Hell, it might even be better! They're both Studio Bones and FUNimation, of course!

This episode is straight-up BAD ASS! Oh, and that Endeavor stuff? That might be important next week!

There's probably no friggin' way this is actually happening, but it would be awesome if Fire Force Season 2 ended up some kind of Space Dandy situation. I think we'll get something else on July 11th, and then FF either replaces Paranoia Agent or Mob Psycho 100 in August. It will be interesting to see if they can keep up with dubbing it one episode a week. If not, it might be September after Labor Day before it comes to Toonami. Toonami's fall schedule will probably have enough marathon interruptions to keep FF going. And maybe, just maybe, they can mix in some other specials if another show is coming to an end. But real talk, Fire Force may just carry Toonami until MHA comes back, but 2021 could be a much better year for us all!

Why wouldn't they have given it bumpers? That would have been just plain lazy! Well, it makes sense since I started watching the show with Episode 3! And I REALLY don't care for Episode 4. I know what it's lampooning, but for some reason, I think it just falls flat!

Hopefully 88 will follow next week so that Toonami can wrap up MHA before the 4th of July. But if not, I guess that means we'll get it on July 11th because playing the season finale on Independence Day is just plain stupid!

Yeah, that could be it. It would make perfect sense that the game tied up the actors and actresses, especially if it had a deadline they still had to meet. Still, it sucks that the dub of MHA essentially got the same treatment as The Walking Dead--did you know there's STILL one more episode left in the 10th season??

Getting back on Toonami's ratings and away from Toonami's shitty neo-fascist competitors, thanks to MHA, this block as a whole did slightly better than last week, at least judging from what we know so far. But I guess we won't know until Ballmastrz 9009's numbers come in. Mob Psycho 100 STILL hasn't done what it did in week 1 through FOUR more episodes and beat its premiere in total viewers; however in 18-49, it actually HAS done that 3 out of the 4 weeks so far. As for week 5, it's pretty clear at this point it missed, but hey, 3 out of 5 ain't bad! Premieres--who needs 'em? As long as Toonami keeps the packaging fresh, not really! But this is a hilariously stark contrast to 2019, where they left the packaging downright stale but aired 2 reruns the entire summer!

MHA actually didn't do that bad, but too bad all we had to follow it was the disappointing Paranoia Agent, which SHOULD have stayed at 1 AM.

So we FINALLY got ratings from the LAST SATURDAY OF MAY (5/30)! Looks like they came out last Saturday evening--go figure! It just occurred to me that this would have been the thread on which to talk about Harley Quinn on Syfy. Don't know why I didn't. And I think Syfy has already lost the rights to it. It was apparently like a limited 1-month deal or something.
