That would be because we changed domains. We used to be at unevenedge.imfapp.in, now we are at unevenedge.com - your browser is just trying to make sure no one hacked the site and is stealing your password. If you save it again for the new domain it shouldn't happen again.

255x255 is max size, it's just that previously it would be automatically resized on every page load. That was causing problems for the server. I'm going to install something that will automatically resize it when you upload but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

I don't think there's post flooding set up. Just "soft flooding" which prevents you from posting more than once every 2 seconds.

I'll adjust the avatar thing. I changed how avatars are uploaded to fix some of the slowdown yesterday. It has worked substantially.

None of the guests were actual people. 90% of the visitors were spambots with IP addresses in Russia and China. The rest were search engine bots like Yandex and Google.

I don't know what platform or software you're using, but we use iterative learning with active training combined with natural language processing. So basically we give the machine appropriate responses to some appropriate questions and then have it run over datasets of actual chats between users and support agents, figuring out how it should respond - then we go over its results, and rate how it responded and tell it to go again knowing those ratings, so it gets better.
