Misaka Posted May 20, 2017 Posted May 20, 2017 No because it's remake of the good one Remake with Tom Cruise is like the live action ghost in the Shell horrible idea Quote
StarPanda Posted May 20, 2017 Posted May 20, 2017 he needs brought back to tv/movies already. He's should comeback on a Netflix show or movie Quote
Zenigundam Posted May 20, 2017 Author Posted May 20, 2017 No Brendan Fraser, no watch Tom Cruise is much better than Brendan Fraser. Seriously what good movies has he been in? Encino Man, With Honors, Journey to the Center of the Earth, all stupid. Tom Cruise has had 10x as many good movies and he's actually a legitimate alpha. Fraser was a hesitant beta in the Mummy movies he starred in. Tom Cruise just has to bring that Collateral swag to this movie and it'll be 10x of what Fraser can do, the problem is the director screwed him over with this watered down PG-13 product. I would have demanded that it be rated R or find another actor if I was Cruise. Quote
mochi Posted May 20, 2017 Posted May 20, 2017 Anybody else not watching The Mummy because it's rated PG-13? too mature for you? ::]:: Quote
Zenigundam Posted May 20, 2017 Author Posted May 20, 2017 too mature for you? ::]:: Watch your mouth. *chokes mochi out* S: Quote
Chapinator_X Posted May 20, 2017 Posted May 20, 2017 The Mummy was always going to be PG-13 so that Universal could be part of an Avengers movie with Dracula and the Wolfman. Quote
CAC Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 He's should comeback on a Netflix show or movie indeed, make et happen. Quote
Mini_ghost420 Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 I'm not watching it because I am The Mummy Quote

mthor Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 I say the IPB switch and Tic and him can come back. Oh, wait, you mean - really? For truly? Forever? Wow! ::spin:: Quote
Dark_Cloud_Overhead Posted May 28, 2017 Posted May 28, 2017 What I liked about the other Mummy movies is that they had some humor, largely due to Brendan Fraser. This movie looks completely devoid of that, so that's why I'm taking a pass. Rating is totally meaningless to me. Quote
Gammenon Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 Need it to be rated R Well, not for that reason. It would have been going to see one of those completely unneeded reboots that have disappointed me in the past. Quote
