Not unless it's that nasty "coffee must be labeled a soft drink" rule.

Any place that allows people to smoke inside must be a disgusting shit hole and they put buggers and cum in the food

Or, the place has been there since Nucky Johnson was a thing and the family that owns it isn't going to let the state chase away three quarters of the customer base.

It's not the stuff they add on purpose, it's the literal shit that winds up in the food; a place that is lax about smoking regulations probably isn't really up on hygiene standards, either.

So how much do you contribute to the bribe each month?

Which is part of what I’m saying any place allowing it wouldn’t gaf what happens to the food

I’m a smoker but I hate when people smoke when I’m eating or when others are eating.

Nope. They wipe their ass, don’t wash their hands and then handle the food

Wait a while.  It's not every day I'm there.

I have cleaned colostomy bags that were less full of shit than you are. Health inspections are public records; how about you post theirs? You can even blur out the name of the establishment.

You probably think it makes noise, too.

Pretty much every place makes noise. Plates clattering, pans sizzling, chairs sliding on the floor, etc.

But yeah, cigarette smoke stinks. The only people who don't recognize that are smokers. You're 100% wrong.

Dont blame smokers, that's his dumb ass. I smoked for years and can smell it a mile away. Walking outside and smelling smoke would make me light up and i wouldn't even want one.

without a doubt, not any restaurant in the u.s., that has to pass an inspection, is allowing any smoking, tobacco, or e-vape product, in their establishment.

so.....

i guess...

prove it?

I don't mean all smokers, just the ones that have grown accustomed or killed their olfactory.

Though, I admit that most other people would say "I don't smell it" and not "It doesn't smell."

Packard doesn’t understand that just because he’s nose blind to the smell of cigarette smoke that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a smell

I been a smoker for longer than I would like to admit and although I can’t always smell it on me and my clothes I know it’s there and I can smell people lighting and smoking cigarettes

he’s really just an idiot in denial

The U.S. is a pretty big place...

That includes Wyoming, where smoking restrictions are left to the counties or municipalities to hammer out.  Some places there, you might think it's still 1973, with an ash tray on every table.  The state has restrictions on canabis use in public and the state wide age minimum to buy any tobacco product is twenty one.  The state itself has no laws of its own governing smoking, either in restaurants, bars, work places or even movie theaters.

How often do you toddle out to Wyoming? Or do you take the bus out west once a week so you can smoke in a restaurant that may or may not exist?

Half of what you say is conjecture and the other half is fantasy; why would I bother remembering?

Is a smoker club like a swinger club for stinky people?

It’s these stupid places that make themselves clubs and churches so they can allow smoking. He’s just doing his usual goal post shifting cuz we specifically said bars and restaurants. No one was talking about cigar clubs and shit like that
