Yeah, it's the fourth Thursday, meaning it can be as early as the 22nd or as late as the 28th.

The earlier the first Thursday is of the month, the earlier Thanksgiving will be. This year the first Thursday was on the seventh, the latest day it could fall on.

turns out Thanksgiving floats, similar to Easter.... just not on such a sliding scale
