matrixman124
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/marcellus-williams-execution-supreme-court-stay-denied/ Marcellus Williams was tried and sentenced to death for the murder of a woman. After his conviction, it came to light that there was no concrete evidence against him. The jurors, the prosecutors office, and even the victims own family pleased for a stay of execution but the governor of Missouri allowed it to pass because this is what justice in this country is.
André Toulon
Yeah they've been petitioning for a while to free this dude, and last week there were FB editions and a video begging people to rally at his side, but it was all an act of futility

1pooh4u
This is not justice. When a prosecutor of a case says they don’t think someone they tried should be put to death, that needs to be seriously considered. Usually they’re all ego. This US SC is equally as disgusting as the people who murdered him. 2

This is my biggest issue with the death penalty. The justice system is imperfect and is susceptible to corruption. Who knows how many innocent people have been wrongly killed.
MasqueradeOverture
So much cash goes down the drain with death row. Better to just have an officer in the courtroom to give a clean headshot the moment the sentence comes down. If they come out innocent afterwards... whelp it's not like a pardon was coming down anyways lol less stress for the family and sentencee

Parson probably wanted that instead of injection.
