American suburbia is built around the car, yet our infrastructure maintenance is shit. It's one thing I really like about where my grandparents live in Japan. It's so pedestrian friendly, even though it's not a big city. The shop was cheap and I can order my own parts at discount so I said fuck it let someone else do the work.. I should've known better, but it's just spilled milk at this point..
