why not be a janitor again

I am thinking about that after I get the mental health situation under control. Honestly a good janitor job is far more enjoyable then a bad one. All janitorial positions are not created equal.

I think I'd rather do something else... not sure what... any ideas?

3pm to 11pm is great.

Trust me you don't wanna work 3rd shift- it gets old real quick. The human body need to sleep at night.

there's tons of second shift stuff around. most of it is janitorial though. if you have technical skills you might also be able to swing technical support but it'd be a lot harder to explain the gap in employment in that job.

Yes, and at my old workplace, my paycheck was often wrong because the business day would end during my shift. Also, snow days meant sometimes staying hours after work until the roads were plowed. Never again.
