6 months have passed since Senki got here?!

That's a long time for her to be dying and them to be make the medicine...

I really think that they should have just told everyone they were trying to make medicine for her to get more help to make it and to just be able give it to her instead of winning this dumb tournament.

Low blows are legal?

I do find that suspicious. Could it be Ruri heard of senku way before senku knew of the village?

but there's also serious evidence of feeble and/or disabled humans from back then being tenderly cared for, regardless of their ability to contribute.

pretty sure that's just because human beings (well nice ones) love their family members
