The best is always fresh peanut butter when you can get it.  I don't really know why you would have sugar in peanut butter, though.

They are called “punctuation”. I suggest you use them in the future. That way, you don’t look like a fucking 8 year old in an adult’s brain.

I used punctuition

Xylitol is an artificial sweetener that has 0 calories. I used to love putting it in my coffee and teas when I used to live across the street from a whole foods. lol But I do know that if you consume too much xylitol, like idk 4 sugar size packets of it, you can get diarrhea pretty easily. I know it's in a shit ton of gum packs and you can find it in alot of places.

More likely it's just cheaper or something. And Americans are fatasses who have to have sugar in everything.

No joke, just discovered sugar as a listed ingredient in this jar of roasted+salted sunflower kernels. Not just sugar. Also has corn syrup solids and maltodextrin. Literally three sugars in a product that really should have two ingredients.

Most of the shit in cheap manufactured peanut butter is artificial shit.. Peanut factories like literally everything these days have had food poisoning outbreaks traced to their processing plants so it only makes since they'd turn to more artificial means to keep up with demands.  More nutella, and artificial "peanut butter" Spreads would take advantage of that to me..

Just know when you buy some peanut butter, or even some humble oatmeal, and raisins if your one of the over dignified vegans that need a human centipede experierience in their life.. All processed foods no matter what the consistency is in the U.S., get approved by the FDA that allows certain amounts of bugs and excrement to be present in the shit. I mean I hate to say it's true.. but it is.. not all peanut butter brands use artificial sweeteners etc it's just the trend..

I guess you are looking at something like this is the only reason I say that...https://www.thedodo.com/ingrediant-could-be-deadly-dog-1449364385.html
