There was a traitorous orphan among the children, and that orphan was none other than our friend Ray. Once the idea of a inside child was first brought up, Norman went right to work on a trap to expose this informant. Don and Gilda were exposed to the secret of the gate, and each given info on a location of a rope. All of which was going to prove if either was a spy. However Gilda resisted the chance to rat and Don never told a soul either. Norman then concluded Ray was his best bet to be the traitor.

Why would Ray report to Isabella behind Emma and Norman's backs? Well you will just have to promise me you'll tune in tonight to find out.

Because he's Sasuke's illegitimate son, the temptation to betray those close to him is in his blood.

I thought he looked like Uryu.

So, since the episode titles are references to the dates in which they take place, would this qualify as a Halloween episode?

This show is written from the children's point of view, so we know nothing about this world at all. It may not even be earth.  Which is all the scarier.
