Alexis Tipton only does Trunks voice in Super. This is indeed still Laura Bailey in Buu-Kai. The Buu-Kai dub was dubbed a while back, when she was still available. FUNi was sitting on the dub until OG Kai finished on Toonami, and was only just released now. But it was dubbed awhile back.
